  • Andrea Conder

    PASTOR

    Andrea (Andy) grew up in the Shenandoah Valley near Staunton, VA. She has been a pastor since 2000 and became an ordained Elder in 2012. She loves being a mom to her two amazing children Emma, 20 and Trey, 18. Other than seeing her children grow flourish, her greatest joy in ministry is to see other people experience Christ in a personal and transformational way.

  • Michele Barrett

    ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

    Michele grew up in New York City and moved to Cincinnati, OH after college. She moved to Charlotte in 2001 and has worked at St. Francis since 2002. She is married and has two adult children who both live in Charlotte and a grandson that has stolen her heart.

  • Pam Cook

    PRESCHOOL DIRECTOR

    Pam and her family moved to Charlotte in 1993 and after visiting several churches, decided to make St. Francis their church home. Pam helped establish the St. Francis preschool and has been the director since 1994. The preschool continues to be a vital ministry of St. Francis. Pam has two children that are married and four grandsons that she loves spending time with.

  • Emma Conder

    Emma was born and raised in North Carolina, but landed in Charlotte in 2017. Emma grew up playing and singing in church since she was a little girl, and has always felt a special calling to singing God’s praises. She is excited to be a part of a team that supports this calling.

  • Mark Lewis

    ACCOMPANIST

    Dr. Mark Lewis is a composer, conductor, and pianist, specializing in new music. In addition to playing at St. Francis, he is a Professor of Composition/Theory at Winthrop University. He is married to Kari and they have a beautiful son.

  • Kristen Jackson

    HEAD OF CHILDREN’S MINISTRY

    Kristen was born and raised in East Tennessee. She earned her Bachelor's In Early Childhood Education from East Tn State University in 1996. In 1999 she moved to Charlotte where she met her husband Andy. They joined St. Francis in 2005. Together they have 3 beautiful children.

  • Holly Evensen

    HEAD OF YOUTH MINISTRIES

    Holly grew up in Daytona Beach, Fl. where she met and married her high school sweetheart, Kyle. She earned her MDIV from Candler School of Theology at Emory University. Since then, she has served in ministry for over ten years; as a prison chaplain, then as a local pastor within the WNCC. Holly also has three adult children who live in the Charlotte area.

    As Holly engages with our young people, she is increasingly hopeful and optimistic about the future of the church. Her greatest privilege is helping others live out their faith together.

  • Jessie Ary

    COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR

    Jessie has been a member of St. Francis since she was just 18 months old. From preschool to graduation Sunday, Jessie has grown up surrounded by St. Francis’ loving congregation.

    After graduating from USC in 2019, Jessie worked across the U.S. in various media and communications roles. She returned to Charlotte in 2022, and works primarily as a writer.
