Andrea (Andy) grew up in the Shenandoah Valley near Staunton, VA. She has been a pastor since 2000 and became an ordained Elder in 2012. She is a mom of two teenagers. Her greatest joy comes from seeing others experience Christ in a personal way and her family that she loves and cherishes.

Michele grew up in New York City and moved to Cincinnati, OH after college. She moved to Charlotte in 2001 and has worked at St. Francis since 2002. She is married and has two adult children who both live in Charlotte and a grandson that has stolen her heart.

Pam and her family moved to Charlotte in 1993 and after visiting several churches, decided to make St. Francis their church home. Pam helped establish the St. Francis preschool and has been the director since 1994. The preschool continues to be a vital ministry of St. Francis. Pam has two children that are married and four grandsons that she loves spending time with.

Trinity earned a Bachelor of Music at Belmont University and a Master of Music at UNC Greensboro where she also completed coursework for her Doctorate of Musical Arts: Choral Conducting. In addition to teaching at UNC Greensboro, Trinity has extensive experience in music ministry. She has a wealth of experience directing children, youth, and adult choirs as well as children, youth, adult, and senior hand bell ensembles. Trinity is married to Steve and has three beautiful children that keep her constantly busy and laughing!

Dr. Mark Lewis is a composer, conductor, and pianist, specializing in new music. In addition to playing at St. Francis, he is currently Associate Professor of Composition/Theory at Winthrop University. He is married to Kari Lewis and they have a beautiful son, Mercer.

Jay CobbMACC, LMFTA, LPCA)Jay is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) as well as a North Carolina Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA). He has done group work with couples dealing with grief from infant loss and men struggling with feelings of inadequacies. Jay works with those dealing with the pain and burdens of life: depression, shame, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, life goals, career strategies, relationship issues, and addiction. Katherine SherrillLCMHCAKatherine is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) as well as a Board Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC). She works with adolescences, adults, couples, and families experiencing a variety of difficulties from anxiety, depression, shame, grief, life goals, career transitions, relationship issues, and self-esteem concerns. Katherine incorporates music therapy into her work to help explore creative solutions for personal growth and resiliency. Katherine holds a Masters in Pastoral Care and Counseling from Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary. Her undergraduate degree is in Music Therapy from Appalachian State University. Katherine is a provisional deacon in the Western NC Conference of the United Methodist Church.
